Point of sale, online store and trade-ins for video game and trading card stores
Read in Français
Game stores sell things most retail software was never built for: the same game in five conditions, a graded Charizard that is one of a kind, a box of bulk commons bought by the thousand, and a customer at the counter waiting to hear what their trade-in is worth.
Game Store Software keeps all of that in one place. The till, the trade-in counter and your website share one stock list, so what sells in store disappears from the website, and what a customer reserves online is held on the shelf.
Everything the counter needs
- A fast till. Scan a tag, take cash, card, Interac, store credit or a gift card, and split the payment any way the customer likes. Cash rounds to the nickel.
- Trade-ins priced from market data. Search a game or card, pick its condition, and the offer appears in cash and in store credit, using your own price bands.
- Every condition gets its own SKU and a 2×1 price tag, printed through the browser or straight to a Zebra label printer.
- Graded slabs are tracked one by one with their cert numbers, so you always know exactly which PSA 10 you sold.
A website that sells what is on your shelf
Every store gets its own online store on its own domain. Customers browse by condition, reserve to pay at pickup or pay by card online, and you can ship orders with sales tax worked out for the province they're going to.
Built for Canada first
Signup is open to Canadian stores: GST, HST, PST and QST are set up for your province, Interac works on the card reader, and prices are in Canadian dollars. Stores in the US can join the early-access list.
A point of sale built for game stores
Scan, sell and close the drawer: split payments, store credit, gift cards, manager-approved discounts, refunds and end-of-day counts for game stores.
An online store that sells what's on your shelf
Your game store's website, on your own domain, with stock that stays in sync with the counter, reserve and pay at pickup, card checkout and shipping.
Inventory, SKUs and price tags for every condition
One SKU per condition, 2×1 price tags printed from the browser or straight to a Zebra, market-based repricing, purchase orders and stock counts.
Singles, graded slabs and sealed, in one system
Sell and buy trading cards: raw singles by condition, graded slabs by cert number, sealed product by UPC, and bulk buys priced by rarity rates.
Trade-ins at the counter, priced from market data
Make trade-in offers in cash and store credit from market values and your own price bands, test what comes in, and keep a second-hand dealer register.
Loyalty points, store credit and gift cards
Points that level customers up to VIP, store credit from trade-ins and refunds, rewards, and gift cards you can sell, reload and check online.
Card readers with Interac, paid into your own account
Take card and Interac payments on Stripe card readers at every till, paid straight into your store's Stripe account, or keep using your own machine.
More than one store, one system
Stock per location, transfers between stores, a till at each shop, and an online store that lets customers pick up wherever the stock is.
Keep selling when the internet drops
The offline till keeps ringing up cash and card-machine sales during an internet outage, then syncs every sale exactly once when you're back online.

Who is Game Store Software for?
Independent stores that sell new and used video games, retro consoles, trading cards (singles, graded slabs and sealed product) or a mix of all three, with one or more locations.
Can stores in the United States sign up?
Not yet. Signup is open to stores in Canada today, with Canadian sales tax and Interac built in. US stores can join the early-access list and we will email when US support is ready.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a {{trialDays}}-day free trial, and you do not need a card to start.
Can I bring my stock over from another system?
Yes. Import a CSV export from your current POS or a spreadsheet; items are matched to the catalog by barcode or title. You can also export all of your data as CSV files at any time.
30-day free trial. No card needed. For stores in Canada.
